The Siena is a low-rise complex of 54 living suites.

The apartment units are designed with multiple configurations allowing residents the luxury of choice and creativity. Units can be configured for family, work loft or open plan living. The mezzanine platform takes advantage of the high ceiling space to create additional space.

The façade comprises a series of volumes in a dynamic composition. The balconies are expressed as cubic volumes with framed open structure. Sliding perforated screens allow the volumes to open or close. The use of the balconies will form a lively expression on the façade of the building. The large rain trees surrounding the site are carefully conserved and lend a matured and cosy feel to the landscape. On the roof garden, the pavilions become markers for community spaces plunge equipped with outdoor kitchen and pools.
